Thank you for your support and interest in Forever Haute. If you are not satisfied with your order, we would like to help in any way we can. Please review our policies below.


If you are not satisfied with your order, you must request a return claim with Forever Haute LLC within 10 calendar days* of receipt of goods.

To properly file a return claim, please email our customer support team at support@beforeverhaute.com with your reason for return.

If your return claim is approved and you have received an email from us confirming your return claims approval, please follow shipping instructions below.

Please make sure to include your original invoice and/or receipt. After we receive your approved return items, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original payment method used at time of purchase. You will receive the credit according to your card issuer’s policies.

Returns must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed with original tags attached and in the same condition that you received it.

Your receipt or proof of purchase must be included with your return.

All items are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee.

*Any returns made without properly filing a claim or after the 10 calendar day time frame will not be refunded.

*Forever Haute will not issue a return AFTER indicated dates.


To exchange an item, the customer must file an exchange request* by emailing support@beforeverhaute.com within 10 calendar days* of receipt of goods. The customer must include the reason for the exchange and must include all details needed in order to process the exchange properly. The customer must return the unwanted item(s) according to the procedures listed below.

*Any exchanges without a filed exchange request or after the 10 calendar day time frame will not be exchanged.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

We will process returns and exchanges as we receive them and in a timely manner.

We will review your invoice and any notes or corrections you have included and correct any errors made on our behalf.

If your return or exchange is approved, and your returned or exchanged item is no longer in stock, we will refund you for the product you purchased.

Refunds will exclude shipping refunds and $5 restocking fee.


All discounted or sale items are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales of undergarments are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged. All makeup item purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
